Online launch of Marches Community Led Homes enabler hub services

A series of short online events are being held from Monday June 15th to spread awareness of an alternative way of creating local housing opportunities in Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.  Community Led Housing usually refers to a small development of affordable homes designed, built, owned and controlled by a local group of people.  People are being invited to come and hear about a new not-for-profit organisation called Marches Community Led Housing, a support hub which has been set up to help people to do just that.

There will be presentations from Bristol Community Land Trust, Older Peoples Cohousing Project, as well as members of the hub itself who will be on hand to answer questions and share ideas.

The events are open to all, whether in some kind of housing need, a housing sector professional or someone who owns a small area of land which is currently unsuitable for conventional development.

To provide as many opportunities for people to join the launch there are three events on different days at different times which people can register for through Eventbrite. Pre-registration is essential as there are limited places at each launch to facilitate manageable interactions on Zoom. The events are scheduled for Monday 15th June at 11am, Wednesday 17th June at 7pm and Friday 19th at 3pm. Please use the links below to register your place now. Zoom joining instructions will be sent out on confirmation of your successful registration.
